Abstract
Systems of non-linear partial dierential equations modeling turbulent fluid ow and other processes present
special challanges in numerical analysis. A time-stepping Crank-Nicolson/Adams-Bashforth 2 implicitexplicit
method for solving spatially-discretized systems of this type is proposed and proven to be unconditionally
stable and second-order convergent.
