Integrating Assessment in Online Synchronous and Asynchronous Information Literacy Tutorials.

Abstract
Two librarians, along with an instructional designer, will share their experiences of transforming two different traditional one-shot information literacy sessions into measurable, more engaging models.
Using tutorials fosters accountability as student use of personal devices in and out of classroom becomes increasingly common. Presenters will demonstrate how Springshare's LibWizard can foster active learning in ways that are both assessable and beneficial to instructor, student, and librarian.
