Development of F.O.R.E.S.T.: A Post-Transition Enrichment Day Program.

Abstract
Adults with disabilities face a gap in services when looking to develop advanced skills in independent living and community participation. The new Facilitating Occupational Readiness and Enrichment through Skills Training (F.O.R.E.S.T.) program is being designed with sustainability in mind to support the long-term success of both F.O.R.E.S.T. participants and the program itself. The focus areas of the current project phase are admissions criteria, funding, marketing, and program evaluation.
