Abstract

This poster describes the creation and implementation of an activity program designed to combat the social isolation experienced by low-income, community-dwelling older adults as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This poster will focus on the process as informed by the Consolidated Framework Implementation Research (CFIR) in engaging stakeholders, utilizing virtual and physically distanced mediums, and evidence-based strategies to mitigate the negative effects of social isolation.
