Abstract

Bradford holds significant challenges for women, and two faculty members at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford are seeking to create positive change. Seeing this issue and creating a community event, they focused on different types of wellness to show that they care about the women in their local area and that wellness is key. They discuss their event and how they were able to bring campus and community together in the process.
