Abstract
UPMC for Life’s Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plan program offers a variety of high-quality health insurance plans to meet the unique needs of its members across their entire care continuum. Throughout the product lifecycle, UPMC for Life strives to continuously improve its product offerings, implement its innovative benefit design for a seamless member experience, and monitor utilization of benefits across the product line. UPMC for Life’s commitment to enhancing the quality of care and coverage provided to the vulnerable population it serves is its public health relevance. The projects conducted within this portfolio have contributed to UPMC for Life’s goal to provide the highest quality products with benefits to improve member health.
