Abstract
UPMC for Life’s Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plan programs serve a wide variety of individuals with complex health needs that effect every aspect of their daily lives. As their health provider, UPMC must meet their members where they are to provide benefits, programming, and feedback opportunities that will address all of these complex needs to improve each individual’s quality of life. The projects within this portfolio have the capacity to contribute to UPMC Health Plan’s mission of improving the health and well-being of their members and the greater community.
