Abstract

Bring your phone! This demonstration will showcase two in-class review games (Quizlet Live and Kahoot!) that students can play using their smartphones. Quizlet Live is a team-based game in which students are incentivized to discuss their answers carefully with a group. Kahoot! is a full-class game in which each individual student is incentivized to answer as quickly as possible. On end-of-semester surveys, the presenter's students have evaluated these review activities as being helpful and enjoyable.
