From Silver & Yudofsky, 1991): “On the OAS, aggressive behaviors are divided into four categories: verbal aggression, physical aggression against objects, physical aggression against self, and physical aggression against others. Each category of aggression contains statements describing four levels of severity.”

Data Notes:
The OAS was originally designed to be completed by hospital staff, but was rephrased in our studies to be used as a clinician-rated interview.
