Abstract

Discusses how I successfully and remotely led my team of five at the ULS’s offsite facility through the implementation of our inventory management software, CaiaSoft. Discusses specific problems that we were up against, and the strategies I used to make sure we were able to move to this new software as smoothly as possible. And then I’m going to talk about how I was able to secure my team’s buy-in throughout the process.
