Abstract
There is a rapidly growing number of professionals seeking opportunities across international borders. Unfortunately, publicly available resources on international licensure processes are scarce. A central repository of international requirements would not only be valuable for anyone interested in employment abroad but also would provide a standard for comparison to processes in the United States. We compiled public data on the pharmacist licensure process in a diverse range of nations, including information on pharmacist responsibilities, wages, and workplaces. Through this systematic review, we concluded that requirements for international licensure vary greatly and that more clear, reputable resources are needed to aid pharmacist migration.
