Abstract

During 2020 the University of Pittsburgh was tasked with realigning ETD Support services to meet the needs of our students in lockdown. Those changes allowed us to continue making process changes to eliminate inefficiencies, create more learning opportunities, and set standards for process evaluation for the future. This talk will speak to the successes and roadblocks we encountered in this on-going process.
