  • The NNLM All of Us Program Center (NAPC) developed, maintained, and enhanced a public-facing web presence to support training and engagement for the All of Us Research Program (All of Us) from 2017-2025. The primary NAPC website initially hosted community education content for All of Us participants, consumers, library staff, and other public audiences, and the scope of the project evolved to extend support for citizen science activities, and community engagement through libraries. During the early years of the program, a secondary NAPC website was established – the All of Us Expert Partners platform – to catalog professional resources and talent which could be utilized to promote and extend the communicative reach of All of Us initiatives. This secondary website provided contact information for technical writers, subject matter experts, and graphic designers. Over eight years, the NAPC web presence was iteratively redesigned to match shifting program priorities and respond to continuous improvements of the Drupal platform and available technologies. Originally focused on training products, the primary NAPC website evolved to reflect an engagement and communications-focused perspective including resources related to Citizen Science Month, digital health literacy, and health equity. Expanded content also included professional resources related to funding opportunities and toolkits. During a later initiative, an intensive one-year redesign focused on a complete content rewrite, a comprehensive User Experience evaluation and testing process, and the implementation of a multilingual website with full Spanish translations of all website content.
