Abstract
We report on our use of the National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C) Data Enclave platform to examine the rate of thromboembolic events in COVID-19 patients exposed concomitantly to dexamethasone and a direct oral anticoagulant (DOAC), compared to those taking a DOAC alone. In this poster we will discuss the lessons we learned conducting this study which is the first drug-drug interaction (DDI) study to take place within the N3C Data Enclave.
